حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ جَابِرٍ كَانَ يُنْتَبَذُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سِقَاءٍ فَإِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ سِقَاءٌ فَتَوْرٌ مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ.

Sufyan ibn Uyaynah told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, who heard it from Jabir: Nabidh used to be prepared for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in a waterskin; and if there was no waterskin, then in a stone basin.
