الترجمة الإنجليزية
We were told — Humayd al-Tawil informed us — from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, never dyed his hair at all; rather there was a little whiteness in the front part of his beard, in the tuft below the lip, faint, and in the head a slight trace, scarcely visible. And al-Muthanna said: "and in the temples." My father said: Ali ibn Ishaq told us this, Abdullah told us, al-Muthanna told us, from Qatadah, who mentioned the like of it.
