حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي الْمُزَنِيَّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ يُحَدِّثُ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يُرْفَعْ إِلَيْهِ قِصَاصٌ قَطُّ إِلَّا أَمَرَ بِالْعَفْوِ قَالَ ابْنُ بَكْرٍ كُنْتُ أُحَدِّثُهُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ فَقَالُوا لَهُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ لَا شَكَّ فِيهِ فَقُلْتُ لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَنَسٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us: Abd Allah ibn Bakr, that is al-Muzani, told us, he said: I heard Ata, that is Ibn Abi Maymuna, narrating - and I do not know it except from Anas - that no case of retaliation was ever brought to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, except that he ordered pardon. Ibn Bakr said: I used to narrate it from Anas, and they said to him: from Anas, without doubt in it? I said: I do not know it except from Anas.
