حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِهْقَانَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَأْكُلَ الرَّجُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ.

'Affan told us: Khalid ibn al-Harith told us: Hisham ibn Hassan told us, from 'Abdullah ibn Dihqan, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade a man to eat with his left hand.
