حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ خَيَّاطًا دَعَا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى طَعَامٍ فَأَتَاهُ بِطَعَامٍ وَقَدْ جَعَلَهُ بِإِهَالَةٍ سَنِخَةٍ وَقَرْعٍ فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتْبَعُ الْقَرْعَ مِنْ الصَّحْفَةِ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَمَا زِلْتُ يُعْجِبُنِي الْقَرْعُ مُنْذُ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُعْجِبُهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki' told us, from Hammam, from Qatadah, from Anas, that a tailor invited the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to a meal, so he brought him food he had prepared with rancid fat and gourd, and I saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, pursuing the gourd around the dish. Anas said: I have loved gourd ever since I saw the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, delighted by it.
