حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ نَظَرَ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَضُوءًا فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَاهُنَا مَاءٌ قَالَ فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ فِي الْإِنَاءِ الَّذِي فِيهِ الْمَاءُ ثُمَّ قَالَ تَوَضَّئُوا بِسْمِ اللَّهِ فَرَأَيْتُ الْمَاءَ يَفُورُ يَعْنِي بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ وَالْقَوْمُ يَتَوَضَّئُونَ حَتَّى تَوَضَّئُوا عَنْ آخِرِهِمْ قَالَ ثَابِتٌ قُلْتُ لِأَنَسٍ كَمْ تُرَاهُمْ كَانُوا قَالَ نَحْوًا مِنْ سَبْعِينَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from Thabit, from Anas, who said: Some of the companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, looked for water for ablution but could not find any. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Here is water." He said: I saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, put his hand into the vessel that had the water in it, then said, "Perform ablution in the name of Allah." I saw the water gushing out -- meaning from between his fingers -- and the people performing ablution until every one of them had done so. Thabit said: I said to Anas, "How many do you think they were?" He said, "About seventy."
