حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ تُعْجِبُهُ الْفَاغِيَةُ وَكَانَ أَعْجَبُ الطَّعَامِ إِلَيْهِ الدُّبَّاءَ.

Abd al-Samad told us, Sulayman - meaning Ibn Kathir - told us, Abd al-Hamid told us, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was delighted by the scent of henna blossom, and the food most delightful to him was gourd.
