حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ أَمَرَنَا نَبِيُّنَا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَقْرَأَ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ وَمَا تَيَسَّرَ.

Bahz and Affan narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah — Affan said: Qatadah narrated to us — from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: Our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded us to recite the Opening of the Book and whatever is easy of the Qur'an.
