Mu'awiyah ibn Amr told us, Abu Ishaq al-Fazari told us, from al-Awza'i, from al-Zuhri, from Ata' ibn Yazid, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: A man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and asked him about the Hijrah. He said: "Woe to you! The Hijrah is a difficult matter. Do you have any camels?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Do you pay their zakat?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Do you lend them out?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Do you milk them on the day they come to water?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Then act from beyond the seas, for Allah will never withhold anything of your deeds."
