حَدَّثَنَا رِبْعِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ مَوْلَى ابْنِ سِبَاعٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ تَغَنَّى أَغْنَاهُ اللَّهُ وَمَنْ تَعَفَّفَ أَعَفَّهُ اللَّهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Rib'i ibn Ibrahim told us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Ishaq told us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Mu'awiyah, from al-Harith the client of Ibn Sibah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever seeks self-sufficiency, Allah will make him self-sufficient; and whoever seeks chastity, Allah will make him chaste."
