حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ وَإِسْحَاقُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ يُوسُفَ الْأَزْرَقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَوْفٌ الْمَعْنَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ تَبِعَ جِنَازَةَ مُسْلِمٍ احْتِسَابًا وَكَانَ مَعَهَا حَتَّى يُصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا وَيُفْرَغَ مِنْ دَفْنِهَا فَإِنَّهُ يَرْجِعُ مِنْ الْأَجْرِ بِقِيرَاطَيْنِ كُلُّ قِيرَاطٍ مِثْلُ أُحُدٍ وَمَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيْهَا وَرَجَعَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُدْفَنَ فَإِنَّهُ يَرْجِعُ بِقِيرَاطٍ قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا وَقَالَ فَإِنْ رَجَعَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُوضَعَ فِي الْقَبْرِ فَإِنَّهُ يَرْجِعُ بِقِيرَاطٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: 'Awf and Ishaq — meaning Ibn Yusuf al-Azraq, who said: 'Awf informed us — the meaning being the same — from Muhammad, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever follows the funeral of a Muslim out of sincere devotion, and stays with it until the prayer is offered over it and the burial is finished, returns with a reward of two qirats, each qirat being like [the mountain of] Uhud; and whoever prays over it and returns before it is buried, returns with one qirat." Ishaq said: "out of faith and sincere devotion," and he said: "if he returns before it is placed in the grave, he returns with one qirat."
