حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ إِنَّمَا كَانَ الأَذَانُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَالإِقَامَةُ مَرَّةً مَرَّةً غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يَقُولُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاَةُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَإِذَا سَمِعْنَا الإِقَامَةَ تَوَضَّأْنَا ثُمَّ خَرَجْنَا إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْ مِنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrates: 'During the time of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), the phrases of the Adhan were said twice each and the phrases of the Iqamah once each, except that the mu'adhdhin would say "Qad qamat al-Salah, Qad qamat al-Salah" (The prayer has commenced, the prayer has commenced) twice. When we heard the iqamah, we would perform ablution and then go out for the prayer.' Shu'bah says: 'I did not hear from Abu Ja'far any hadith other than this one.'
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما فرماتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے زمانے میں اذان کے کلمات دو دو بار تھے اور اقامت ایک ایک بار، سوائے اس کے کہ مؤذن «قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ» (نماز کھڑی ہو گئی، نماز کھڑی ہو گئی) دو بار کہتے تھے۔ جب ہم اقامت سنتے تو وضو کرتے اور نماز کے لیے نکلتے۔ شعبہ فرماتے ہیں: میں نے ابوجعفر سے اس ایک حدیث کے سوا کچھ نہیں سنا۔
