من اتبع جنازة فليحمل بجوانب السرير كلها

"Whoever follows a funeral procession, let him carry all sides of the bier."

من حمل جوانب السرير الأربع كفر الله عنه أربعين كبيرة

"Whoever carries the four sides of the bier, Allah will forgive forty of his major sins."

زودوا موتاكم لا اله الا الله

كرامة المؤمن على الله أن يغفر لمشيعه

الا تستحيون إن ملائكة الله تعالىٰ يمشون على اقدامهم وأنتم ركبان

"Are you not ashamed that the angels of Allah walk on their feet while you ride?"

لا يمشى بين يديها

"No one should walk in front of a funeral."

كان يمشى خلف الجنازة

"He (the Prophet, peace be upon him) used to walk behind the funeral."

دعها يا عمر!
