Al-Hasan

نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا أَبُو حُرَّةَ، وَأَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي" الْخَلِيَّةِ: وَاحِدَةٌ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا".

Al-Hasan said regarding "al-khaliyyah": "It is one divorce and he has more right to her."

نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فِيرَجُلٍ , قَالَ: الْحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ، قَالَ:" عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ مَا لَمْ يَنْوِ امْرَأَتَهُ".

نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:" لا يَجُوزُ طَلاقُ الْغُلامِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَحْتَلِمْ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ".

Al-Hasan used to say: "The divorce of a boy who has not reached puberty is not valid until he reaches puberty."

نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ.

Al-Hasan gave the same ruling.

نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَيُونُسَ , عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ:" فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ بِأُخْتِ امْرَأَتِهِ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ فَكَذَلِكَ أَيْضًا".

Ibrahim and al-Hasan said: "If the same occurred with his wife's foster sister, the same ruling applies."

نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:" هِيَ أُمُّ وَلَدٍ".

Al-Hasan said: "She is an umm walad."

Al-Hasan did not consider divorce pronounced during the state of polytheism (shirk) to have any effect.

نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، وَمَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" صَدَاقٌ وَاحِدٌ".

Al-Hasan said: "Only one dowry is required."

نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، مِثْلَ قَوْلِ الْحَسَنِ.

Al-Sha'bi held the same view as al-Hasan (one dowry).
