نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ:" مِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقُولُ: ثَلاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ، وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقُولُ: أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا".
